1. If using with Putty Buddies ear plugs (recommended unless you're using the headband above water), place Putty Buddies over your ear canal. (Full usage instructions can be found here.)
2. Hold the headband with the logo facing outward. Grab each end and position/slide front of Ear Band-It under your hairline above your forehead.
3. Maintain pressure at your forehead; pull ends to behind your neck and attach Velcro® fasteners under your hairline.
4. Once fastened, adjust as needed by moving front up/down and adjusting ear flaps.
5. To remove, pull apart fastener in the back or slide off.

• To be effective, the Ear Band-It must be properly worn with ear plugs (like Putty Buddies) or ear molds.
• Not recommended for diving head-first.
• Wear underneath hair for best results.

The Ear Band-It will stay clean in chlorinated pools, bathtubs, or showers. If washing is needed, hand wash with mild detergent and air dry.
