Website Orders for Retail Orders (Individual Consumers)
Orders placed via this website will be shipped by the end of the following business day. If there are any delays that would prevent us from shipping your order, we will contact you before the end of the next business day by phone or email. We will try to ship out the same day, but no guarantees.

Shipping Rates & Methods in the United States
- USPS Priority ($8) typically takes 2-3 business days.
- ***NEW*** due to rising costs and unreliability of other services, we now only offer USPS Priority Mail for individual consumer orders.
For International Addresses
COVID-19 UPDATE: international transit times have increased and orders are taking 3 to 6 weeks to arrive.
UK and EU countries: due to changes with VAT policies we no longer ship UK and EU countries. Please order from distributors mentioned on our Retail Locations page.
International shipping methods include USPS First Class Mail International (Canada & Mexico only), USPS Global Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail International. Your location depends on the services that are offered. First Class Mail International typically takes 10-21 business days. Global Priority typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Pricing depends on your location and will be available at checkout. Expedited service is also available via USPS Global Express Mail upon checkout. Express Mail typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery but can sometimes take up to 8 business days.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the product or refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. NO questions asked. Product must be returned within 30 days from date of original purchase. Simply call for exchange or return authorization. Shipping & Ordering Info For Wholesale Orders (US & Non-US Orders)
If you have your own shipping account that you would like to use for the shipment, please select standard UPS Ground shipping, then indicate in your comments that you would like to ship collect to your account. Specify the carrier and account. We will then back out the shipping cost from your total/invoice.
